It is our Vision that “IT is the language of 21st century and without learning it, no progress and prosperity is now possible”. Our two prime National Objectives (1) IMPREGNABLE DEFENSE and (2) ECONOMIC PROGRESS & PROSPERITY can now only be achieved through best and fastest possible development of IT sector. This can only be possible through individual as well as joint efforts of four key factors/players that are (1) Government (2) Private Sector (3) NGOs and (4) Media.
KRG is striving to grow IT to its fullest extent in the country through its Mission which is, “Not only to support the needy but to empower them so that they themselves become able to support others”. |

| The formation of Information Technology Ministries is one of the many KRG’s great achievements when many efforts for their establishment were initially made by KRG almost 6 years before their actual establishment which is on Media records. |
